Our Team

Laura joined the DML team in April 2024 as People & Change Business Partner.  With a degree in Business Management and in her final stages of her Masters in Human Resource Management, Laura is a highly experienced HR professional who has worked across a range of sectors including education, retail and travel.

With a strong commercial focus and a proven track record of working within change, Laura has particular expertise in leading Redundancy, TUPE and Change projects. She is also passionate about employee wellbeing and is a licenced Mental Health First Aider.

Amber joined the DML team in February of 2023 as our HR Business Partner, and has certainly hit the ground running. 

Following a successful career working at a strategic level for several large global corporates throughout her career, Dawn decided to set up DML Consulting in June of 2018. 

Paige joined the DML team in October of 2023 as our HR Assistant and has already got off to a flying start.  With a degree in Psychology, Paige has fitted in well with our team and  provides end to end HR support to our portfolio of clients.  

Charlotte joined the DML team in January of 2022, and has developed quickly within the organisation to an ambitious and enthusiastic HR Associate.
