Dawn Laycock

Having previously held a successful career for many years working at a strategic level for several large global corporates throughout her career, Dawn decided to set up DML Consulting in June of 2018. 

DML Consulting has gone from strength to stregth, with Dawn now leading a growing team of ambitious HR professionals and managing a growing portfolio of clients.

Dawn holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management and is also CIPD qualified; her main specialisms lie within cultural and transformational change, organisational design and strategic HR planning.
