Charlotte Masters

Charlotte joined the DML team in January of 2022, and has developed quickly within the organisation to an ambitious and enthusiastic HR Associate. Charlotte's experience of providing HR advisory support spans across a number of sectors, including finance and fintech, consulting and legal. 

Charlotte has led on recruitment and onboarding, policy development and well-being initiatives. Qualified to CIPD level 3, Charlotte’s background is in E-commerce working for a fast-paced fashion retailer.  Charlotte is actively working towards CIPD level 5.
